Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  Support the Executive Director of Public Relations with the development and implementation of Social Media strategies/initiatives to support and align with marketing programs, communications/PR strate
  Develop and maintain social media program calendar for Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter (with potential to expand to other platforms); manage refreshes and application updates for Fa
  Serve as community manager; develop engaging content, moderate daily posts, write editorial, develop and implement promotions and giveaways.
  Create and distribute global content calendars for other Shiseido subsidiaries around the world.
  Identify and communicate with key bloggers and influencers; develop outreach program for ongoing and consistent communication with this community.
  Coordinate/create assets including videos for various social media platforms working with internal creative team or via a freelancer.
  Work closely with other departments on social media programs including Marketing, Education, Advertising, Creative and Legal to ensure on-strategy messaging, consistency and relevancy.
  Explore new & emerging platforms for future consideration.
  Provide daily customer service or escalate to appropriate department as needed.
  Manage KPI system to measure success of campaigns & strategies; review results and make recommendations for modifications. Create competitive analysis for markets.
  Monitor trends in social media channels; appropriately apply that knowledge to increase the effectiveness of social media efforts.
  Research and identify and new and appropriate vendors for analytics and research capabilities.
  Manage agency or freelancer/consultant as needed on projects.
  Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager & E-Commerce Manager on relevant initiatives
  Assist with management of social media budget

  4 year College degree and 3 to 5 years experience in social media, digital marketing; beauty, luxury, fashion experience is preferred.
  Excellent written, verbal, presentation and organizational skills a must
  Strong interest in beauty/fashion community
  Must have expert knowledge of social media platforms;
  A passionate, energetic team oriented individual with strong analytical, interpersonal, creative and leadership skills.
  A strong sense of urgency, ability to manage details and projects while responding to changing priorities and feedback.
  Ability to work independently and utilize sound judgment.
  Software expertise MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and basic knowledge of CSS
