Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  Meet sales plan, Meet all KPI objectives, Calculate and distribute seasonal and monthly goals to the territory
  Process returns monthly, Spend within limits of allocated budget, Ensure consistency of NARS image and uphold counter appearance to schematic standards
  Maintain proper store coverage, Oversee and facilitate the training of all staff in the territory, Maintain a turnover rate within defined expectations per corporate goals
  Increase market share in territory, Work with retailer to maximize sell-in and business opportunities
  Epitomizing NARS standards by working in store with staff to set the appropriate example, Acting as liaison with sales by keeping lines of communication open within the territory
  Responding to and satisfying the needs and requests of the sales client group quickly, professionally and efficiently, Developing and maintaining positive and productive ongoing relationships with
  Bringing the spirit of partnership to all interactions, Always striving to help and provide solutions, Lending a sense of availability and accessibility to the client group at all times

  Manage stock levels in partnership with Corp AE, Inspect and Manage damages and returns, Report sales weekly and keep month-to-date and year-to-date numbers current and cumulative, Recap all promo
  Submit monthly schedule to manager prior to its commencement, Track budget expenditures, Send in accurate travel and expense reports with receipts bi-monthly
  Effectively managing all operational components in order for the territory to run smoothly, Maintaining a presence via even rotation and high visibility by working side-by-side with the stores
  Driving business forward by way of full support and implementation of all programs
  Planning, scheduling and coordinating all events and in-store activity, Maintain NARS image, presentation and counter tools and hygiene standards

Qualifications:
  3 years of retail management experience
  5 years beauty industry experience
  Artistry background
  Successful, equivalent experience in sales with competitive company, retailer.
  Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
  Proven record of achieving retail sales budget
  Track and control budget expenditures
  Timely reporting and staying within T&E budgets
  Travel 40%
