Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  The Account Executive role is to support the retailer buying office side of the business.
  This role is to own the relationship with the buying office, plan and strategize seasonal and annual activity, negotiate and deliver net sales including gross sales by quarter, half and month and retu
  This role mirrors the structure of many retail partners. This position will have headquartered account responsibility.
  This position does not have direct retail responsibility (geographically) they do own headquarter retail and net responsibility at a corporate level for those specific accounts.
  This position report directly in to the Executive Director of Retail Development East, and has no direct reports.
  Deliver net sales objectives annual, quarterly and half.
  Negotiate stock and sales plans.

  National account communication to BPI sales team account specific communication.
  Be the expert of the accounts assigned.
  Increase retail sales performance for specific retailers.
  Strategize account activity seasonally. Partner with marketing to develop programs for specific accounts.
  Identify business opportunities by account to increase overall share.
  Negotiate coop activities
  Negotiate space and location matrix and linear.
  Negotiate corporate visibility seasonally with the buying offices.
  Develop relationships with the retail partners like position (buying office).
  Develop a strong stock analysis tool to be used across all retailer
