Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  •Work with retailer to maximize business opportunities by identifying stores best suited for events, Conduct all Sephora training, Perform one-on-one training for individuals on an as needed basis, Ma
  •Epitomizing NARS standards by working in store with staff to set the appropriate example, Acting as liaison with sales by keeping lines of communication open within the territory
  •Responding to and satisfying the needs and requests of the client group quickly, professionally and efficiently, Developing and maintaining positive and productive ongoing relationships with client g
  •Bringing the spirit of partnership to all interactions, Lending a sense of availability and accessibility to the client group at all times
  Inspire client group through teaching and development to generate excitement about NARS, Plan promotional activity for the territory, Implement corporate marketing programs following predetermined gui

  Maintain communication with the field with regular training updates, Recap all promotional activity immediately following event, Track budget expenditures, Submit schedule to manager for approval and
  •Send in accurate travel and expense reports with receipts bi-monthly
  Working events, selling, servicing, developing customers and supporting logistics when necessary, Maintaining a presence via even rotation and high visibility by working side-by-side with the stores
  •Planning, scheduling and coordinating all events and in-store activity, Driving business forward by way of full support and implementation of all programs
  •Planning, scheduling and coordinating operational aspects of training implementation, Spending within limits of allocated budget

  •Minimum of 3 years of cosmetic experience (1 year Sephora experience mandatory
  •Generate sales through MU application and education
  •Ensure consistency of NARS appearance as well as Gondola appearance
  •Conduct all Sephora Trainings
  •Track and control budgets expenditures
  •40% travel
  •Retail Store experience preferred
