Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  - Ensures all product development meets the highest quality standards set by NARS - Creates and updates NPPs
  - Track and follow-up of respective Color initiatives with all key partners (SAI, Creative, Packaging, Marketing, R&D), providing status updates on a regular basis
  - Provides assistance with meeting all key timeline date approvals (product, testing, package, artwork) - Attends bulk trials for new launches when required
  - Coordinates testing & review of new product formulas and concepts (including task force/stylist input as needed)
  - Aligns with key partners (SAI, Packaging, R&D, Creative) to provide all new product COMPs
  - Organizes all color submissions and corresponding documentation to F.Nars
  - Oversees the maintenance of all new product/shade/packaging standards, including setting all transition standards
  - Helps manage regulatory information for all new products/formulas - Reviews all launch related copy (PR files, Training manual updates)
  - Initiates artwork process for all new and existing Color categories and packaging updates
  - Create point of sale materials for all new Color launches
  - Coordinates and releases artwork for all new launches and updates on existing products (includes writing packaging manuscript, copy translations, regulatory review)
  - Tracking and follow-up of Color related artwork through to final package, providing status updates on a regular basis
  - Updates and maintains the Item Master list, artwork tracking sheets and all additional calendars and forms necessary
  - Identifies new short term and long term opportunities through competitive analysis, industry studies, sales data, as well as SWOT analyses
  Conducts feasibility of all ideas with regard to cost, package, formula - Develops claims strategy for all new products within category/s

  Prepares presentations of product opportunities into a complete and concise proposal for approval
  - Attends meetings with manufacturers to review new formula concepts, trends and discuss new ingredient stories/applications/technologies
  - Attends trade shows for manufacturer sourcing and generation of ideas
  - Manages the maintenance of the existing color line products, closely reviewing shades, packaging and overall quality/ aesthetic
  - Coordinates with manufacturers to set standards on all new products (first production run, primary and secondary component development)
  - Helps coordinate intern duties
  - 4 year degree, concentration in marketing a plus
  - Minimum of 4+ years beauty related experience
  - Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
